Principal Consultant - Manufacturing - Industry Solutions - Solution Design  Location : Bangalore  Key Responsibilities:   The Solution Design role (SD) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for the practice and creating new service offerings.   - Providing Thought leadership and Point of View on development trends in the Manufacturing space and identifying white spaces for development of newer offerings for Manufacturing clients  - Analyze specific manufacturing industry segments to identify potential service offerings & create a Go To Market strategy  - Creates new Product Offerings, based on research and understanding of processes, client & Industry Leads client workshops, Solutioning sessions, client visits, pricing negotiations etc.   - Work with internal and external stakeholders to create service offerings   - Works on responses to RFPs / RFIs response with specific focus on manufacturing clients and related services  - Perform financial modelling and develop a viable business case using alternative engagement models  - Create collaterals for internal and external usage  - People Management: Leading Team of Solution Design comprising of Associate Consultants to Senior Consultants. Work load / capacity management in the team, Career pathing of Direct Reports, Training and Development needs amongst team members  Job Requirements :   - Has a Degree in Engineering and/or MBA/Post Graduate with Minimum defined grades   - 10-12 years of experience, must have worked in Manufacturing Sector and should have exposure to Core Manufacturing OR should have worked in a Consulting firm with Manufacturing clients  - Exposure to Manufacturing in either Auto sector or Agri sector will be an added advantage  - Exposure to BPO Solution Design or Pre-Sales / Solution Designing with focus on Manufacturing domain will be added advantage
