Primary skills :

- Strong domain knowledge having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO's office in middle management role

- Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions

- Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&A Solutions

- Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc.

Secondary skills :

- Hands on experience on one or more ERPs preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle

- Very evolved Presentation, Documentation and Spreadsheet skills

- Project Mgmt Experience

Job responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and design F&A Technology Solutions

- Oversee the development of such solutions- by providing guidance and feedback to the technical team

- Handle the solution life cycle IP rights, Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.

- Perform Gap Analysis of F&A Practice Offerings and identify solution development opportunities

- Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps etc

Soft skill requirements :

- Self-motivated individual willing to work in individual contributor roles

- Ability to work in ambiguous work environment

- Ability to prioritize conflicting activities

- Ability to work in Horizontal-Vertical Structure
