Role   - The Practice is now looking for Senior Practice Lead to play a critical role in showcasing practice capability, driving revenue growth. This role is focused towards Solution Design in the Analytics Practice. This role-holder would be responsible for:-  Responsibilities   1. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through reactive and proactive pursuits  2. Qualifying deals, outlining win themes, architecting right solutions, articulating the Reporting domain in RFx responses and formulating deal commercial construct  3. Solution Design: Understand and translate client requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard processes  4. Develop industry-based solutions in the context of pursuits and collaborate with Delivery teams to build in industry-specific service nuances / KPIs (such as in Retail, Telecom, etc. verticals)  5. Proof of Concepts: Develop (PoCs) working with client stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems to reporting needs, and leveraging relevant tools and frameworks  6. Commercial construct: Clearly define the model and inputs required to create commercial construct based on the identified needs of the client; quantifying and articulating feasible business solutions to cater to their needs - collating and providing inputs into the commercial model working with various cross-functional teams in the company  7. Market Visibility: Identify and work with recognized Analysts and Advisory firms to create brand awareness and enhance visibility and presence.   8. Internal awareness: Develop Points of View to differentiate the practice's offerings vis-a-vis other service lines - must be able to articulate why - Reporting Services- in the context of client pursuits.   9. Develop content to showcase Reporting services capability and lead various initiatives to broaden the understanding of the Practice within the organization  10. Pre-Sales Activities: Building case studies along with delivery teams capturing business problems and delivered solution impact on clients business metrics and KPIs  11. Collaborate as a key member of the solution team supporting sales teams to represent the solution offering to the client and other internal teams  What are we looking for in you:  - Educational Requirements (Must have)  Graduation in Engineering with at least 11 years of Experience  OR  PG / Master of Business Administration, with at least 9 years  OR   Non Engineering Graduate with at least 12 years of Experience   Work Experience:  6-10 years- experience, of which at least 2+ years in front-line business consulting, crafting solutions and delivering presentations to client teams  At least 3+ years- experience in Reporting & Analytics from industry leaders. Should have played roles in reporting set up, delivering reporting operations and / or solution design  Skills:  Technical - Advanced Excel user, at minimum working knowledge of SQL/MS Access, process modeling, understanding organization IT system landscapes, data models  Has exposure to reporting tools & databases (SAS, SQL, Hyperion, Crystal reports, etc.).   Exposure to latest Visualization technologies such as Tableau, Qlikview, Microstrategy, etc.  Fluent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, self-motivated, takes ownership, team management
