Job role and responsibility :   - Own the response to RFI/RFP. This would involve creating the solution ( primarily BPO, and also ITO through coordination with IL teams), Pricing, Client presentation, Negotiations, MSA/contracting, Billing, Setting up client in the System  - Own the transition of processes. This would involve working with Service with Delivery team, Quality, Risk & Compliance and Technology and Automation teams to transition the process to the organization  - Create customer presentation for Analyst briefing.   - Provide pre-sales support to sales team in US, Europe and APAC region. This would involve creating Custom Capability Presentations, Coordinating with other teams for Client Visit and ad-hoc requests   - Create new insurance Service offering /Solutions.  - Bid management for large deals   Experience and Qualification :  - MBA with a flair for solution and pricing   - Experience of providing BPO/ITO solutions for UK/ European/US market   - Good knowledge of Property & Casualty, Life and Annuity, Pension and Reinsurance domains   - Commercial, Casualty, A&H and personal lines   - Open and closed book life insurance and pension   - Reinsurance   - Good knowledge COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) Insurance products for P/C, L/A and Pensions   - Knowledge of the insurance regulations in the US, UK and other European countries (e.g. Netherlands)  - Ability to create innovative proposal and presentations   - Working knowledge of business process automation products   - Knowledge of BPO operations including Quality, Six Sigma lean, Process re-engineering initiatives
