Role : Consultant- Business Transformation Services (Finance and Accounting)

General professional experience :

- 6 - 8 years of overall experience, with hands on experience in driving transformative consulting projects with exposure to business process services industry would be preferred.

- Exposure to global market is desirable

- Strong Consulting and program management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies

Domain Expertise : F&A - AP/ AR/ FP&A

Experience in relevant department :

The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

Education - minimum required :

CA/ ICWA/ Masters in business administration (MBA) with domain, industry and consulting experience.

Purpose Of The Job :

- To provide consulting support to solve business problems in new age economy/ digital domain for our global client's leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.

- The role requires a strong consulting skills, digital domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.

- Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities.

- The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients.

- Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects .

- Work proactively with Client stakeholders to refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces.

- Also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge. They identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any.

- Use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.
