Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Engineering Services

Location: Bangalore, India

Description:

This is a critical position responsible for expanding the ISG portfolio in the Engineering Services space. The key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with ISG leadership team to expand the business portfolio, participate in pre-sales and sales effort.

- Support in creating deliverables and offerings relevant to the service provider community in the Engineering services space.

- Work with the ISG leadership to introduce new service offerings and work with global ISG teams to create and enhance IP for Engineering services offering.

- Work with ISG consulting team and support client advisory and outsourcing advisory engagements as necessary.

- Good understanding of bid management, value proposition, solution offerings in the market, pricing and service level considerations as applicable to Engineering services.

- Support in delivery of delivery of engagements pertaining to optimization, efficiency improvements, health check for shared services centers/captives operating in the area of engineering services

- Ideate and write blogs on Engineering Services

Qualification:

- The candidate should have Engineering degree from a tier I institution with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Tier I IT services provider in engineering services domain with experience in marketing or presales and bid management.

- Strong knowledge of Engineering Services market place

- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills

- Good knowledge of IT/BPO industry and understanding of outsourcing advisory business.

- Fluent Written and Oral Communication, open-minded and Deep Skills and a self-starter and initiative taker. The candidate is expected to drive the growth and should have the ability to influence stakeholders

- Consulting orientation with a strong ability to excel in an unstructured environment.
