- Hands-on experience in developing, initiating, maintaining and revising policies and procedures of the applicable compliance program
- Experience in checking and preventing illegal, unethical or improper conduct
- Capability to manage day-to-day compliance operation of the engagement
- Skills to develop periodical reviews and update standard of conduct in practice
- Ability to develop and create an Investigation procedure
- Experience in responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, procedures and develop/implement corrective action plans
- Capability to act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure compliance issues are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved
- Proficiency in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
- Skills to coordinate with enforcement agencies
- Skills to provide reports on a regular basis and conduct training and awareness programs
- Capability to monitor the performance of the Compliance Program
- CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of International standards like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX etc (regulations and standards applicable to the IT Industry)
