Delivery / Project Manager

The Delivery / Project Manager will be a key member of Infonyx and will manage the delivery of a range of projects and engage with stakeholders. He / She must have a background in Data Analytics / Visualization / Mobility and must be result - oriented, highly organized, and focused on delivering innovative analytics solutions.

The Manager will be responsible for :

- Owning the delivery of projects and ensuring end-to-end project execution and management. This will include ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget.

- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders

- Understanding the high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions

- Ensuring that the company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner

- Project administration and project planning skills, e.g. project plans.

- Lead and own status reporting meetings.

- Monitoring and managing the project process and track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders.

- Anticipating, managing and resolving issues and acting as the point of contact for the project.

- The use of best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner and to plan for the mitigation of these risks.

Required skills, knowledge and experience :

- 5+ years experience and a track record of managing and delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.

- Experience of successfully engaging groups of stakeholders.

- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing multiple large projects with diverse cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to incorporate new techniques to solve business problems

- Demonstrated resource planning and delivery skills

- Familiarity with key new media technologies particularly those related to internet distribution of AV and web content.

- Experience of managing business change

- Demonstrated strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.

- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
