Job Description:

Experience: 10 Yrs to 15 years.

- Should have strong understanding of Insurance Domain.

- Looking for the Technical Project Manager having good Managerial skills.

- Must have good work experience with different technologies. Have extensive experience on either Java or ASP.net with Open Source Technologies.

Should be comfortable with:

- Risk identification and preparation of risk mitigation plans.

- People management and resolving people issues. Conducting performance reviews and Salary reviews of persons directly reporting to me. Identifying dysfunctional behavior and taking corrective actions.

- Delivery & SLA Assurance.

- Responsible for defining the product road-map, high-level business requirements and functional specifications.

- Have a thorough knowledge in Agile (Scrum) methodology and processes.
