Job Description: PMO Director Retail  - The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide expert level guidance and management of Program Management Office for all the delivery account in Retail Business Unit.   - The role will focus on the on building account delivery teams, keeping health records delivery of each account, reporting weekly PMO report.  Location: Noida  Organization Position: DGM level  Reporting to: Delivery Head Retail  Peers: Resource Director - Retail, Account Directors, Pre-sales and Sales Directors  Job Responsibilities / Roles:  - Empowered to hire project managers, approving expense report, performance appraisals of project managers  - Identifying project management talent within the team and grooming and developing project managers   - Managing and tracking delivery cost (resource, infrastructure, travel,) against allocated budget   - Tracking completion of weekly timesheet entry  - Tracking completion of monthly billing lock  - Tracking delivery revenue against the target of each account  - Tracking delivery cost against the budget of each account   - Publishing weekly Delivery Revenue Forecasting report  - Accountable for ensuring Account Audit on functional and technical design review, Release Quality review of each account   - Owner of weekly account review meeting   - Publishing weekly PMO Report (account health - green/yellow/red based on the data from each account on issues, risks and delivery quality status)  - Publishing monthly Delivery Gross Margin report  - Reviewing and approving proposals and SOWs   - Performance appraisal of project managers  - Participating in program review with customer  - Analyzing Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) report and working with Account Delivery teams for improvement  Candidate Requirements:  - BE/MCA/MBA qualified from a reputed institution   - 15+ years of IT industry experience  - 5+ years of project and account management experience  - 2+ years of managing program management office  - Strong leadership managing 15+ accounts under the program management office  - Strong people management, risk management and team management experience  - Creative in forecasting data and reports  - Excellent verbal and written communication in English language  - Flexible to travel onsite locations in US, ME and Europe  - Retail domain experience is preferred
