Salary Range: 8 - 14 LPA

Objective

Support key business decisions to mobilize talent in full compliance to various Geos and provide outstanding employee experience, timely and accurate advice, guidance to all stakeholders and managing the complete Global Mobility program globally.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of company's global mobility processes.

- Liaise with HR leadership and business managers to drive the global mobility agenda.

- Define, drive robust SLAs for optimum TAT working closely with HR and business leadership

- Implement various global mobility programs, policies, processes creating an outstanding employee experience.

- Advise on the rules, regulations, compliance proactively to mitigate the risks to the employees and the organization.

- Coach employees, Managers on processes followed by various countries by conducting regular meetings with employees.

- Drive and project manage the H1B season, L visas, EPs,work permits

- Run sessions for employees and Managers to provide advice provide and subject matter expertise in country specific visa, immigration norms & partnering with various function teams

- Managing the relationship with the external provider & coordinate with Consulates

- Create Monthly / Yearly Analysis for Visa reports for senior business HR leadership and provide periodic to any changes in immigration laws

- Assist in Onboarding and assimilation of local staff into the company culture

- Collaborate with Resource Managers, employees, vendors & internal teams to ensure smooth mobility process and tracking the status for every milestone.

- Lead Market research & participate in Global Mobility Benchmarking translating emerging trends, issues and best practices into customized solutions for organization

Preferred Background

- A Bachelor degree is required or Master's degree in an HR or Business related field preferred

- 5-8 years as Global Mobility Specialist experience with focus on SLAs in MNCs.

- GMC certification is preferred; the ability to achieve within 1 year of employment is required

- Experience in IT/ITES a distinct advantage

- Prior experience of developing mobility processes/policies in a start-up environment is preferred

- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

- Attention to details, maturity to manage a dynamic GM function with excellent knowledge of rules, regulation, visa norms in the US,APAC,Europe

- Prior experience of managing a team

- Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders

- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications

- Proficient with excel and Reporting, also should have good presentation skills.
