Catalog Manager

Industrybuying.com is looking for people to join our team as Catalog Manager.

Roles and Responsibility :

- The Catalog Manager will be responsible for ensuring the SLAs and Goals are achieved for the projects.

- Manage day-to-day operations

- Responsible for several Catalog operation teams, supporting multiple categories that populates/ procures content for the Catalog team

- Interact directly with the Category team to ensure the overall health of the processes is good and task delivered with in TAT and SLA

- Works with vendors to ensure smooth and effective flow of information for cataloguing

- Co-ordinate with Catalog head to prioritize,plan the task deliverables, tracks progress, manages team performance and publishes daily, weekly and monthly updates.

- Coordinates with the stakeholders to ensure that consistent quality and productivity is achieved.

- Audit Catalog on daily basis

- Identify and implement productivity improvement opportunities for the team, continually raises the bar on quality.

- Strong people management (leadership role, team management, floor control and retention)

- Mentor and guide the team leads / Process Expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency, and deliver trainings to the team

Desired Profile :

- Minimum 2.5 years in managing Cataloge operation with reputed e-commerce company.

- Managed a downstream team of at least 30 people in operations

- Strong Analytical ability

- Demonstrate ability to hire and develop a very strong team
