IndustryARC - Digital Marketing Manager (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Work closely with marketing team and marketing technology resources to execute campaigns for generating traffic, Leads

- Managing & training the marketing team regularly & keep a tap on all the channels like, Emails, Google, Facebook, SEO, Content Marketing etc. in terms of traffic, Leads, Branding

- Manage analyst relations program, ensure regular engagement with key analysts and ensure coverage in relevant reports.

- Educate and build excitement among execs to better utilize digital marketing channels to help achieve business objectives

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

- Identify the assets to support digital campaigns such as infographics, videos, podcasts, email, etc.

- Identify trending topics to base content

- Ensure the content provided by content team is up to date and fully supports the brand and positioning. Ensure content and collaterals are optimized for SEO

- Ensures that web strategy is implemented and guidelines are followed in all online initiatives and track results

- Generate weekly & monthly reports of marketing campaign's performance

- Measure and report results and impact of marketing programs to VP at regular intervals

- Communicate with Vice President about marketing goals and results

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and knowledge sources for working on all content and lead generation activities

- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results

- Ensure regular media coverage through press release, PR programs, mentions in domain / industry relevant articles, interviews, etc.

- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

- Evaluating competitor's data & market conditions

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

- Monitor key web statistics and apply learnings to optimize campaigns

- Monitor social media reports to identify opportunities to optimize activity

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong Communication skills, Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required, Enthusiastic about tapping the digital opportunity, strong Project management skills

Desirable Skills :

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure, The ability to build and sustain networks and relationships internally, demonstrating influence, integrity and diplomacy
