Job Description

Scope of work

Provide business analysis for sales programs, initiatives and campaigns.

Support leadership reviews of sales results, provides insights to sales leadership

Provide analysis for programs that include pipeline improvement initiatives, win/loss, account planning and campaign management.

Provide management operations support and reporting to leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements.

Support leadership with business planning tasks such as budgeting and forecasting for Sales and Pipeline, Revenue, Headcount Planning, Business Development, in close collaboration with Finance and HR teams.

Provide decision support for leadership through diagnosis of business results (Pipeline, Win Rates, Sales/Rev). Identify and investigate deviations and help develop remediation actions.

Detailed Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

Degrees, Certifications - BS degree (or equivalent) required, full time MBA from tier I or tier II preferred

- Minimum 8 years of post-education experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Good knowledge of advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access and tools like Tableau / Power BI will be preferred - Experience to include global exposure, program management, people management - Preferably handled projects in the areas of sales reporting, operations, analytics, MIS

- Good understanding of MIS, dashboards and scorecards for leadership review - Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable and ability to meet other work arrangements (Maybe required to travel overseas occasionally.)

- Thorough knowledge and expertise of company financial model, program management and budget management.
