Salary : upto 10 Lakhs (70% fixed + 30% variable)

Experience : 3-7 Years

Location : Bangalore

What we need :

- Minimum 2 years of core experience in recruitment industry, or operational experience in our areas of expertise

- Entrepreneurial zeal to get things done

- Ownership to own, develop and grow your industry practice

- Proven track record of success/willingness to succeed in academics/career

What you will do :

Take charge on your selected industry vertical, own and grow the practice.

The role shall entail firing from 4 fronts :

- Team building and handling

- Business Development

- Delivery and operations management

- Client relations
