We are looking for individuals with excellent analytical and communication skills for our Financial Operations group based in Hyderabad.   The ideal candidate should have completed CA inter in the first attempt and 2 years of article-ship in a firm with more than 5 partners and/or 50 articles, and aspire to engage in industrial training in the 3rd year.  The hire will support one of the below mentioned groups:  - Management Company Accounting group: This group is responsible for corporate finance, statutory and secretarial compliance, financial reporting, audits and assessments, treasury management, accounts payable with end-to-end accounting responsibility and payroll processing for our entities following the Indian GAAP.  - Management Company Accounting group - Fin Op: This group is responsible for maintaining books and accounts, and accounts payable for the company. and its subsidiaries across the globe. It is also responsible for assisting and preparing the financial statements as per the relevant GAAP and adhering to regulatory and audit requirements of various countries.  - Tax group: This group files quarterly and annual tax returns with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities, issues annual K-1/PFIC statements and quarterly tax estimate statements to investors, and generates and analyzes tax reports that involve detailed instrument-level analysis as per the U.S. tax laws. The group also supports the tax planning team on trading-related tax compliance reports. The role may require close interaction with various internal groups such as Financial Accounting and Regulatory Reporting and Trade Accounting and Operations among others and externally with our tax advisors/attorneys.  - Financial and Regulatory Reporting group: This group is responsible for maintaining capital for the legal entities and investors and preparing and distributing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and monthly investor account statements for entities within the company. The group is also responsible for periodic fund return computations, and calculation and allocation of applicable fees. The role may require close interaction with the Management Company Accounting and Investor Reporting group among others; and externally with our auditors, service providers and administrators.  The Firm offers excellent benefits, a casual, collegial working environment, and an attractive compensation package.
