Position - manager - Industrial Relations
Location : Mora (60 kms from Navi Mumbai )
MBA/MLS/MSW/MPM (Graduate with in personnel management and have around 10 -15 yrs of experience in manufacturing set up)
10 to 15 yrs. relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1.Engaging workmen and motivating them to perform better.
2.Training of Workmen
3.To keep workmen engaged through various engagement activities
4.Ensuring statutory compliances and audits.
5.Liaising with government agencies.
6.Ensuring discipline on shop floor, initiating disciplinary actions wherever necessary and taking the process to a logical end.
7.Implementation of different manning models, recruitment of operators, time office and wage administration
8.Co-ordinating on legal matters
9.Handling Contract labour compliances, appointment of new contractors, maintaining attendance and passing the monthly bill
10.Developing and implementing integrated systems related to attendance, pay-roll processing etc.
11.Implementation of statutory compliances and statutory audits of the factory locations`.
12.Recruitment, time keeping and wage administration
13.Handling workmen unions. Maintain discipline on shop floor, disciplinary action, domestic enquiry.
- Knowledge of Labour laws
- Knowledge of various statutory compliance
- Knowledge of disciplinary action & procedures related to Domestic Enquiries.
- Knowledge of legal process and court functioning
- Union liaison and negotiation skills
