- All type of agreement review, amendment as per requirement, finalising.

- Attending the hearing, case before concerned govt.authorties.

- Contract - statutory compliances

- Liasoning with Govt.bodeis.

- Handling public issues.

- Wage Settlement process

- Handling Works Committee

- Policy implementation activities

- All Statutory Compliances
