Work Experience:   - Senior Executive offering professional experience in Employee Relations with cross-functional exposure in Operations, Extensive background in complex and challenging environments with proven ability to work in the company with all Human Resources’.   - Excellent communication and people management skills that have been honed through managing multi skilled teams.  Job Responsibilities:  - Implement the organization’s employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labour disputes.	  - Managing industrial relations including Union Relations, Wage Negotiation, Discipline management, Structuring & Settlement, Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as employment standards, regulations, and laws in order to understand how these impact the organization and adapt employee relations practices as appropriate.  - Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organization’s interests are protected.  - Contract workforce/labour management.   - Liaison with External Agencies, Govt. Authorities & Offices like PF, ESI, Factories Act, etc. Prepare materials for legal counsel, mediators, and external consultants and manage these relationships to ensure the organization’s interests are well-represented.   - Statutory Compliance: Monitoring statutory compliances such as ESI, PF, Minimum wages, Maternity Benefit, Bonus Act & submission of returns.  - Management of Statutory and Non Statutory Welfare Programs to keep up the morale of the employees and their Families.  - Liaise with functional or operational area managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.  Note: Salary not a constraint for right candidate.
