Solution Manager - Campaign Management  Job Description:  - Understand and assemble the Campaign Management requirements from Business and Product teams  - Implementation of Campaign requirements from system perspective through discussions and co-ordination with Technology teams and Vendors for development and testing  - Interact with multiple cross functional teams, specifically IT teams and be responsible for end to end delivery including Requirements, Solution Design, Implementation, Testing and Rollout  - Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for the Campaign Management and other Consumer Banking Business to standardize operations and service activities. Implement the defined processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation  - Understanding of UBM UNICA product or other Campaign Management products in the market  - Create business process documents for various Campaign initiatives and manage integration though various Channels - ATM, Mobile, Email, SMS and NetBanking  - Manage end to end integration of Campaign Management application with Bank CRM  - Coordinate with Business Team to understand Campaign requirements and formalize process for Operations to execute those campaigns  - Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry  - Responsible for business-technology innovation across service and self service delivery channels including Phone Banking, ATM, Cards and Internet  Education & Skills Required :  - MBA with technical background   - 4 to 6 years industry experience in IT, Banking or a Consulting firm in varied banking functions and systems implementation  - Ability to communicate technical matters at both a technical and management level  - Broad Understanding of UBM UNICA product or other Campaign Management products in the market  - Good communication, networking and relationship skills with ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders   - Working knowledge of debit/prepaid/credit card, Payment/Collections Systems, ATM Internet and mobile payments would be an advantage
