Job role of RPM for your reference: (reporting to Zonal Head Branch Banking)  - Target of NTB and Acquisition ANR of the region  - Responsible for NTB acquisition quality of the region/zone  - Responsible for hiring, training and KRA's of all BM-CA in the region  - Responsible for productivity and daily activities monitoring of BM-CA  - Work closely with branch and sales team to ensure profitability of the product  - Ensure product training is imparted to each resources in the region and ensure regular updates are provided  - Ensure all the resources are trained and updated on the changes in the KYC from time to time  - To ensure new products/processes launched by the central product team is communicated and adhered to by the branches/channels  - Provide feedback to central product team on the requirements related to new products/process or strategies  - To conduct at least one activity related to CA in the region every month  - To visit branches in the assigned regularly and update central product team on the Current Account product health of the branch. Priority on non-achievement of Budget branches
