Responsibilities:  - Manages Portfolio Campaigns on the Bank’s CASA Base to deliver numbers on activation, Product Switch Programs, Cross sell - Wealth, Assets & Third Part Products and Balance build up programs within specified budgets  - Coordinates with Business owners for Campaign requirements & designs the Campaign Strategy - Customer Base Identification (Scoring /Non Scoring Led), Campaign Execution & fulfilment mechanisms thereof  - Schedules, prioritizes & Manages the entire Campaign Life cycle from the Business side   - Liases with all Stakeholders - Segment & Product teams, Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, Solutions Delivery teams to Manage wing to wing campaign Planning & execution.  - Campaign analysis - on Cost to Income ratios, Test & Control Methodology to understand Campaign effectiveness & Modifies campaign construct to increase Impact  Skills & Qualifications  - MBA from premier B school with 4-6 years experience  - Experience in customer lifecycle management or Product management Ideally Credit Card & Retail Banking must  - Engineering degree desirable  - Comfortable with technology  - Excellent Excel & power Point skills MUST for analytics and presentation
