Responsibility Areas:

- Coordinating for opening Branches for North Zone. Renovations and setting up (in all aspects with all equipment’s to commence business operations) of the new premises and the existing office locations, within specified time frames, by licensed Architects/Interior Designers and by Licensed Contractors to deliver quality products at the best possible rate/prices. Including site level procurement, related vendor management & negotiations.

The activities include and are not restricted to the following:

- Coordination with TKO for site survey & layout preparation.

- Coordination with business team for layout approval

- Monitoring and coordination for interior work in new Premises.

- Coordination for installation of different vendor elements on time.

- Premises handing over to Business.

- Coordination with business team & TKO for attending snag list.

- Updating PMO on WIP site.

- Responsible for preparing budget in coordination with procurement team.

- Validate estimated Capex costs prepared by Architects. Cost rationalization and Budget controls.

- Coordination with TKO for insurance cover note before releasing the adhoc payment.

- Coordination with TKO for final bill along with the required documentation.

- Coordination with AC vendor for HVAC layout & BOQ.

- Developing and freezing interior design specifications & layout for branches for west region in line with business requirement.

- Coordination with IT team for link commissioning.

- Coordination with procurement team for the delivery of procurement item.

- Coordination with admin team for deployment of security & Housekeeping agency at respective sites.

- Coordination with procurement & admin team for the installation of their respective product at the branch.

Preferred Skill Set:

Educational / Professional Qualification: Minimum graduate- Preference to BE- Civil / Construction Engg / Architecture. Diploma holders in Construction Management / Interior decoration with in depth work experience also acceptable.

Technical Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the Indian Banking industry with specific reference to Practices

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities

- Ability to prioritize work and deliver against aggressive timelines

- Oversight of the Execution and implementation of architectural and structural drawings on the site.

- Coordination with the contractors including supervisors and workforce for delivery of projects as committed.

- Knowledge of Handling of steel reinforcement and other technical requirement if any at the site.

- Monitoring & coordinating for timely execution of Projects

Work Experience (in years) - at least 10-12 years professional working experience in handling infrastructure projects. Prior experience in handling branch set up projects desirable.
