As a Branch Manager, you will be the CEO of the branch and will have responsibility for management of the entire Branch Book size, P&L and compliance. Handle all the activities of the Branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation.Strong target & deadline orientation with third party management skills and good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments and asset products)

Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes

"Coimbatore/Patna/Raipur/Chandigarh/Guwahati" are part of the key locations under the home market segment for the Bank. The role is critical to achieving the Banks overall goal.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Fully responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost

- Sales generation - CASA & Third Party Wealth Products

- Responsible for Branch Banking & Wealth segment.

- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverable.
