Position: Sr. Manager – Indirect Taxation (Corporate)

Qualification: Graduate with CA/ICWAI/LLB/Post Graduate in Law.

Experience: 8 – 10 years in Indirect Taxation.

The Candidate should have following competencies:-

- In depth knowledge of Service Tax, Excise and VAT

- Knowledgeable in all processes and procedures in payment and filing of various Returns.

- Assist the Units in their assessments and help them in filing replies to Show Cause Notices.

- Interact with various authorities of Indirect tax and represent the group at senior level

- Work closely with the Excise & Service Consultants in drafting replies, Appeals,submissions at various levels of disputes.

- Track changes in the Law and update with latest judgments

- Play a role in Valuation of intermediate products / Inter Company transactions

- Have knowledge and understanding of Indirect taxes in SAP

- Preparing the Company for the GST rollout.

- Handling VAT assessments / audits

- Represent the Group Cos and Industry before Government agencies through as Chamber of Commerce, CII, Assoc ham etc.

Salary - upto 20 lacs
