Job Description - Handle the entire gamut of indirect tax with a strong focus on VAT and Service tax.

- Report and assist the Tax Head in Indirect tax matters and decision making.

- Assist and manage litigation while partnering with external consultants and lawyers.

- Ensure that strong and robust compliances are in place.

- Lead a team of five people.

- Ensure strategic tax planning and effective tax accounting and reporting.

The Successful Candidate - Must be CA with at least 8 years of post qualification experience within IDT preferably in Big 4 plus Retail.

- Should have a strong track record of managing litigations.

- Should have an extensive knowledge in the domain of IDT laws and regulations.

- Must be equipped with good interpersonal skills.
