About Indifi :

- Indifi has built a platform for small business lending, connecting borrowers and lenders. Indifi emphasizes on creating a superlative experience for borrowers in terms of product fit, turn-around time and convenience.

- Indifi delivers a great borrower experience in hitherto under served segments, by partnering with supply chain aggregators in these segments. These partnerships provide Indifi with market access as well as transaction data in relation to SMEs, which augments traditional credit parameters.

- On the other side, Indifi helps banks and NBFCs access new segments, providing rich data for underwriting. Lenders receive full lifecycle support including origination, data aggregation and analysis, credit score carding as per their criteria, on-ground verification and documentation, and loan monitoring through the life of the loan.

- Indifi is currently live in ecommerce, travel, transportation and retail segments.

Position Profile :

- Indifi is looking to bring in a finance leader, as Financial Controller of the company. The candidate should have relevant work experience for 8-12 years, and a CA/MBA qualification.

- Prior experience in a lending oriented business is required. The position will be based in Gurgaon.

The roles and responsibilities include :

- Full responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost and revenue accounting, book closing, MIS/reporting, audits and compliances

- Handling audits and interface with RBI on RBI compliance matters, including corporate matters and NBFC related issues

- Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytics needs

- Support the CEO on board and investor relations management

- Provide leadership to finance function, and build a motivated and competent team
