Role :

Indifi is looking to hire great business development and partnership talent. We are looking for smart, hungry, ownership driven people looking to take responsibilities beyond their years of experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in getting in early at a startup with tremendous scale potential, as well as folks looking to do partner management, business development, growth operations, product management, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing and executing end to end high impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporates and e-commerce firms

- Be actively involved in assessing potential partnership opportunities in various sectors

- Assess various industries and evaluate landscape for prospective channel partners

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers

- Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross selling etc.

- Post sign off account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership

- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Manage end to end partner relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Prior overall 2-5 years experience with 1-2 years experience post MBA

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ideal candidate should be hungry, proactive, and outward-oriented people, with a bias for action and delivering results.

Indifi seeks to improve access to SMB financing in India, by providing small businesses access to multiple lenders. It substantially improves the experience that borrowers get in terms of speed of approval and disbursement, convenience of the loan process, relevance of the loan product to their business needs, and finding the best rates in the market. Indifi does so by data collection and analysis from disparate data sources, thereby minimizing the need for physical data collection.
