Ability to create concepts through wireframes and mock ups  - Be the Product Owner in agile development cycle  - Manage on-going relationship with product groups & BUs for cross-functional projects  - Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products  - Lead cross-functional team  - Frequently interact with product development team to influence them to develop products that meet customer needs   - Exceptional Leadership, Communication and Presentation skills  - Deep understanding on web and mobile analytics, with an ability to use data for decision making  Qualifications:  - A bachelor's degree is required.   - A strong background (5+ years) in product management with a successful history of shipping innovative products. Total experience :8-10 years  - Experience in developing eCommerce, Social and media products is strongly desired  - Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.  - Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.  - Willingness and ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
