The Marketing team spans a number of sub-teams with focus on - Brand, Content, Online (SEO / SEM), Offline (ATL / BTL), PR, and Social Media.   - The position will be responsible for understanding consumer needs, creating and curating the company brand and ensuring consistent growing demand for our services through various channels.   - The position will involve conceptualizing and implementing the marketing strategy for brand Indiaproperty.com   Key Deliverables:   - Develop the brand identity by implementing marketing strategies targeting the ideal consumer segment, both from online medium and offline medium   - Formulating and managing the marketing budget and working closely with other internal teams to ensure that the marketing initiatives are translated into increased business   - Act as the brand custodian, and ensure that the brand is represented in the ideal manner across all channels and mediums   - Work closely with external media agency to increase the presence of the brand from an offline perspective   Core Competencies:   - Deep understanding of the digital/ social media marketing.   - Plan and deliver a strong brand positioning road-map.   - Strengthen digital presence and engagements with the various stakeholders online, through rich content.   - Understand the internal team’s business objective and according create a road map with journalists/ editors across print, electronic and online Media, and various digital marketing/ advertising / PR agencies to oversee campaign implementation.   - Strengthen relations with national and international Media. Increase reach and effectiveness through print and online media   - Advise and support the communication outreach- aligned with the overall brand strategy   - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead marketing initiatives for the brand in India.   - Great team player, have sound leadership skills, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.   Role and Responsibilities:   - Conceptualize and execute marketing communications strategy   - Make our brand the first choice for customers considering any real estate related transaction in India   - Achieve demand across various channels while bringing down cost of customer acquisition   - Employ innovative ways to attract and retain customers to enable non-linear growth.   - Manage events, tie-ups with corporates or OTAs, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.   - Create a number of company properties - website, app, phone number, mascot   - Build and nurture relationships with local and national businesses to drive demand from non-retail customers   - Identifying consumer trends, preferences and competitor analysis .   Job Location: Chennai
