The Marketing team spans a number of sub-teams with focus on - Brand Strategy and Management, Digital Marketing, Content, Marketing Communication (ATL / BTL), PR, and Social Media.The position will be responsible for understanding consumer needs,creating and nurturing the company brand and ensuring consistent growing demand for our services through various channels.The position will involve conceptualizing and implementing the marketing strategy for brand Indiaproperty.com and its various extensions.  Key Responsibilities:  - Strategic Planning including development and evolving the Brand identity and Positioning, Customer Segmentation and Targeting. Implementing marketing plans targeting the ideal consumer segment, across online medium and offline media  - Formulate and manage the marketing budget and work closely with other internal teams to ensure that the marketing initiatives are translated into sustainable business outcomes  - Act as the brand custodian, and ensure that the brand is represented in the ideal manner across all channels and mediums, overseeing Brand communications including Branding, PR, Advertising, Events & Trade shows etc.  - Work closely with external media agency to increase the presence of the Brand from an offline perspective  - Develop and execute integrated Marketing plans spanning traditional media channels, Digital media as well as leveraging Social Media and PR  - Advise and support the communication outreach - aligned with the overall brand strategy.  - Build and foster a culture of Consumer understanding & empathy and represent the voice of the consumer as a Senior leader  Key Deliverables:  The role is expected to have a direct impact on Brand Track metrics, Customer acquisition, retention and engagement metrics Conceptualize and execute marketing communications strategy  - Make our brand the first choice for customers considering any real estate related transaction in India  - Scale Demand while optimizing cost of Customer acquisition / retention  - Employ innovative ways to attract and retain customers to enable non-linear growth.  - Manage events, tie-up with corporate companies or Internet players, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns  - Build and nurture relationships with local and national businesses to drive demand from non-retail customers Identify consumer trends, preferences and competitor analysis  Desired Profile:  - Strong understanding of Strategic Marketing and Brand building,conceptualizing and steering large budget 360 degree marketing campaigns  - Good understanding of the digital/ social media marketing  - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead marketing initiatives for the brand in India  - Great team player, have sound leadership skills, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks  Qualification: MBA / PGDPM from a premier management institute  Work Experience: 10 - 15 years experience preferably from Online / eCommerce industry  India Property Online Private Limited (IndiaProperty.com)  India Property Online Private is India's No 1 Property and Real Estate Platform that provides in-depth information on buying, selling and renting out properties in India.
