India Property.com is hunting for talents -Mobile Product Manager and who would be responsible to bring world-class Property Search Experience in Mobile.  Focused on mobile commerce, the Product Manager would support mobile browser experiences across platforms and Applications (apps) on Smartphone and mobile computing platforms including Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows Phone.    The ideal candidate would have an understanding of the global mobile commerce trends with an eye on the local complexities.  He or she would be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across teams, and will be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases.  We are looking for a product manager who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalists in driving great user experiences.  Responsibilities   - Defining a world-class customer experience that bridges the online and mobile channels  - Identifying, prioritizing and implementing specific improvement opportunities across mobile web and apps based on latest trends, data and customer feedback.    - Benchmark competitive mobile experiences; and define and implement a road map of improvements.   - Manage and Oversee and the product on daily basis. Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking   - Regular tracking and monitoring the competition and preparing benchmark report on the same.   - Preparation of yearly product plan with financial targets and actions.  - Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed   - Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits  - Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same   - Benchmarking study and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behavior and competition. Develop insights, and translate findings into action   - Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication   - Oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations & Customer satisfaction by working with customer support team,   - Work with internal support teams(technology, design, Sales & marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfillment, external client relationships, legal and customers needs.  Qualification:MBA from top B School  Job Location :Chennai  Interested candidate can reach me 9884879989
