Job Title : Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO   Job Description:   The Job profile requires close working with the CEO and Leadership team in all areas of product / brand management and will involve actively in planning & implementation of marketing strategies in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment in order to achieve Strategic & Operational objectives.   Key Responsibilities:   -To facilitate the CEO in setting the strategic direction for the company, in terms of targets, budgets, customers, processes and employees, to drive company growth  - The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.  - Preparation, analysis and review of strategic business plans and business proposals and assist in all periodical reviews of top management Team.  -Work closely with all the Business Unit Heads and Finance Head during the business planning and AOP exercise / information to the top management.  - Enable relevant and insightful business review by analyzing regional, vertical and product specific strategies and performance vis-a -vis business targets.   - Create Performance Metrics for business units and generate key MIS on performance, productivity, operation / cost efficiencies.   - Analyse sales performance for all verticals and products division to identify factors which are blocking growth and make plans to manage them, along with the sales team.   - Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate feasibility of developing strategic partnerships with other organizations and vendors.   - Person should be savvy with correlating data and providing predictive analysis to the top management. ? - Should have capability to collate, analyse business / finance data and bring out crucial insights from disparate data.   Preferred Qualifications:   - MBA / PGDBM from Top B-Schools pass outs are requested to apply  - 3yrs to 5yrs work experience.   - Candidate should possess strong acumen for Technology/ Internet space/ E-commerce would be an added advantage  - Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, flair for numbers, and strong data crunching ability. - Spreadsheet modeling: Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must.   Job Location : Chennai  About IndiaProperty:  IndiaProperty is India's No 1 Property and Real Estate Platform that provides in-depth information on buying, selling and renting out properties in India.   IndiaProperty.com offers one-stop property marketing solutions serving builders, real estate agents and home owners to sell or rent their properties, while offering a feature rich interface for property buyers to search and identify properties that match their requirement.
