Job Summary:

- The position holder has to manage all aspects of employer-employee relationships to meet corporate objectives & make IndiaMART one of the 100 best companies to work for in India.

- It is the responsibility of the position holder to conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner.

- He/she would also act as an internal consultant and change agent for cultural and organizational initiative.

- Directly responsible for facilitating business deliverable and enhancing employee touch points

- Handholding

- BSC/KRA signoffs

- Performance Management and Feedback

- Quarterly training calendar - classroom

- eLearning certifications - product and process

- IIL tickets report assessment and action

- Employee connect call report assessment and action

- Productivity management - RCA and actions

- Employee retention/Attrition Management

- Coaching and feedback

- R&R

- Corrective Action Plan

- Policy, process and initiatives implementation

- Personal Employee Connect

- Employee Assessment and Growth

Attributes:

- Should be very particular about the quality of infrastructure and facilities provided to the employees

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Should possess the charisma to guide and motivate people at all levels within the organization

- Respond to intense and complex interpersonal situations with sensitivity & insight

- Zeal to help people grow and play a vital role in making them succeed.

- Should be comfortable with traveling extensively between branches.

Experience:

- Exposure to Human Resources Department of a well reputed organization in IT/ITES/Media/Telecom/ Retail / Hospitality industry / Service Industry

- Should have worked as an HR Business Partner for more than 500 employee organizations to a 2000 plus People Company in distributed locations.

- Extensive HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking.

Qualifications: MBA HR with 70% in 10th and 12th respectively.
