Job Summary:   This is a Operations Head role which responsible for managing and driving the Operations function. The position holder shall be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the backend operations. Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans.   This position requires the ability to dive deep to include root cause analysis and develop action plans in support of driving process improvements. Develops and drives strategies and programs which improve the competitive position of the Company  Tasks:  - Responsible for supervising the Customer Verification process as per guidelines.   - Customer accounting for generating work orders, renewals and download process  - Accountable for Optimizing cost and improve productivity at all level  - Collaborate with different verticals for net productivity score improvement  - Custodian of revenue assurance and collection process  - Responsible for suggesting Process corrections measure leading to reduction of complaints.  - Responsible for handling multiple vendors for Production of catalog and website, Production of PPTV while maintaining TAT and quality of production  Desired Profile:   - Experience in handling operations preferably in a Portfolio Management /MF Insurance/ Telecom/ITES/Service organization  - Six sigma green belt certification would be an added advantage  Key Skills:   - Aggressive.  - Excellent Communication & presentation skills.   - Team Management skills.  - Analytical ability   - Reports Management   - Vendor Management  Personal Attributes:   - Excellent oral & written communication skills   - Team Handling experience   - Strong Analyical Skills   Qualification: B.Tech/MBA from institute of repute.
