Its existing investors include Intel Capital, Amadeus Capital, WestBridge Capital & Quona Capital.  Job Summary:   The role requires working closely with the Buyer Servicing team and design, develop, implement and optimize tools and solutions that improve the efficiency of the overall program.   Key Responsibility Areas:   1.Lead a small technology/engineering team to deliver the software/solutions as per the business requirements.  2.Optimize the IndiaMART ERP and Data integration with the CRM solutions used by different call center partners  3.Work with the business to develop framework to capture Industry specific custom attributes along with the RFQ- s  4.Develop and implement the framework for gathering data and providing MIS to the vendors & internal management on day to day basis  5.Work closely with the DBA and Server Admin teams to ensure that the high transaction load is properly managed and the new developments are optimized and following guidelines.  6.Increase productivity by UI / UX improvement  7.Work on CRM to deliver Quality / PPP  8.Capture data at every level (CRM) and optimize conversion  Qualifications:   MBA or equivalent. B.Techin Computer Science would be a big plus  Experience:  1.Minimum 9-12 year of experience in similar profile, programming experience in early career would be an added advantage  Skill Sets / Requirements:  1.Excellent communication and presentation skills  2.Systems Analysis - ability to understand business requirements and convert them into specifications for software developers  3.Take delivery of the software developed by the programmers and then deliver the same to the end users after getting it properly tested  4.Strong Customer Orientation  5.Proficient with Open source technology - PHP, LINUX, MYQL, ORACLE  6.Dialer understanding  7.Analytically strong
