Job Description:  Job Summary:   - Develop objectives for the call centers day-to-day activities  - Ensuring business continuity at center  - Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)  - Collect and analyze call-center statistics (productivity, handling time, quality score, customer service metrics etc.)  - Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses  - Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards (Quality scores)  - Monitor and improve quality, productivity and over all process efficiency  - Evaluating centre's performance with key metrics  - Prepare reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly etc.) for different departments or upper management  Knowledge : Should have 2+ years experience in managing a team of at-least 100+ members.  Skills:   Aggressive.  Excellent Communication & presentation skills.   Team Management skills.  Analytical ability   Reports Management   Sales Orientation  Vendor Management  Attitude & Behavior:  Strategic thinker  Display willingness to learn  Likes to picks up challenges  Self-motivator, Passionate, confident, opportunist & ambitious  Personal Attributes:   Excellent oral & written communication skills   Team Handling experience   Strong Analytical Skills
