Opening : Senior Manager - Key Client Division
Reporting to : Regional Manager - Key Client Division
Job Summary:
- Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure retention of clients.
Job Profile:
- Servicing the existing clients
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members
- Per client revenue optimization
- Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts
- Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures
- Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables
- Ensure timely delivery of services to clients
- Train, monitor & motivate a team of around 5 Executives.
Desired Profile:
Qualification: MBA
Experience:
- 1-3 Years experience of Sales / Servicing / Retention preferably in BFSI / Telecom / eCommerce / Service industry
- Minimum experience of 1 year in managing a team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership
- Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability
- Must have team handling experience of more than 1 years
