Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for taking care of the entire Employee Life Cycle post on-boarding.

7. Elearning certifications - product and process

8. IIL tickets report assessment and action

9. Employee connect call report assessment and action

10. Productivity management - RCA and actions

11. Employee retention/Attrition Management

12. Coaching and feedback

13. R&R

14. Corrective Action Plan

15. Policy, process and initiatives implementation

16. Personal Employee Connect

17. Employee Assessment and Growth

Desired Profile

Qualification : MBA HR with 60% in 10th and 12th respectively.

Experience:

Exposure to Human Resources Department of a well reputed organization in Insurance IT/ITES/Media/Telecom/ Retail / Service Industry.

Should have worked as an HR Business Partner for more than 500 employee organizations to a 2000 plus People Company in distributed locations.

Extensive HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking.

Required Skills

1. Should be very particular about the quality of infrastructure and facilities provided to the employees

2. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

3. Should possess the charisma to guide and motivate people at all levels within the organization

4. Respond to intense and complex interpersonal situations with sensitivity & insight

5. Zeal to help people grow and play a vital role in making them succeed.

6. Should be comfortable with traveling extensively between branches.
