Job Description :

Preparation of Agreements & Contract Drafting.

Legal drafting of ATS, Sales Dead, POD, joint Venture, Agreement, various contracts, MOU and all other lease rent document in indemnity bonds undertaking etc

Drafting of tender/ Bid documents services contracts and all other types of agreements.

Due Diligence Registration Etc.

Develop strategy for litigation and regulatory proceedings.

Candidate Profile :

Minimum Experience 5 Years.

Prior experience in Real Estate firm is preferred.

LLB Must.

Should Have Corporate Experience.
