Job title Manager/ Senior Manager - Treasury

Location Elphinstone Mills, Mumbai

The Role will consist of activities aimed at ensuring the following objectives of the Treasury are met on a continuous basis:

Manage the borrowing requirement through:

- Term loans

- Bonds

- ECB

- Portfolio Sell down

- Commercial papers

Manage Investments of in:

- Mutual Funds

- Corporate Bonds

- Bank CDs

- Arbitrage funds etc.

Industry and Market research

- Global debt market activities

- Interest Rate Levels

Provide intelligence / MIS to the management

Ensure Relationships with Public Sector Banks are deepened

Monitor ensure interest payout on the Bank Facilities and compliance with Sanctioned Terms and conditions.

Hedge and Interest rate and Currency Risk management

Asset - Liability Management
