Indiabulls - BASE SAS Role (3-6 yrs)

Key deliverables under this role :

Data Procurement :

- Data procurement from IT in SAS data format and CSV format and carry out required manipulation to have the final datasets

- Periodic data quality checking

- Work as a business analyst to procure new data elements

MIS and Dashboards :

- Manage delinquency dashboards and collection MISs and also sales related MISs

- Manage MISs related to leads coming through alternate channels like web, SMS, email, CIBIL leads etc

Analysis :

- Sales volume forecasting basis existing productivity, attrition trend

- Loss forecasting basis existing flow rates

- Analyze vintage delinquency performance and develop an early warning segment

- Risk segmentation basis bureau data, credit and application variables

- Build propensity models for alternate channel leads

- Develop branch scorecards

Automation :

- Automate existing MISs in SAS using macros

Experience :

- 3-6 Years of analytics experience in preparation and management of MIS for retail asset products like Mortgage, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Consumer durable loans.

- Thorough understanding of the key performance indicators for sales, collection, credit and risk related parameters are essential. Knowledge of sales process, credit decisioning, collection mechanism are required. Experience in working with Bureau data will be an added advantage.

- Candidate should be familiar with handling unstructured data obtained from various offline sources like branches, collection teams, operations etc.

Technical Competency :

- Candidate should have advanced level competency in Excel, SQL and SAS (either EG or Base SAS). Exposure to VBA macros would be an added advantage. In addition to basic SAS procedures, exposure to SAS macros, SAS OLAP and SAS WEB Publishing is required and shell scripting is desired
