Currently our White Label ATM Network in 2500 Strong and we plan to roll-out about 9000+ ATMs across India in by March 2017.

Job Profile :

The Position is responsible for leading Cash Operations vertical for India1

Position shall be responsible to balancing Cash Uptime and Cash Cost across India1 Network.

Cash Management :

- Defining Processes and Managing Centralized Cash Forecasting, Cash Indenting, Loading Schedules, Cash Withdrawal Trackers, Reconciliation, Reports Delivery Provision, Daily MIS, Monthly Billing Generation Activity etc.

- Coordinating with Bank & CIT agency for smooth collection of cash from currency chest & ensuring the replenishment of the forecasted ATMs without delay.

- Preparing Cash Management Reports with the details of shortages/overages/ retract/excess cash with the consolidated loading details for the ATMs.

- Managing all Key Cash Processes incl. Reconciliation Scheduling ATM verification's / surprise Audit with our local representatives all over install base.

Cash Planning & Optimization :

- Responsible for Forecasting & Planning Cash Requirement for the Network in line with ATM Cash Dispense.

- Optimizing Cash Days across the WLA Network

- Automation of Cash Forecasting & Optimization process across the network thorough Cash Tool

Cash Bank & CRA Operations :

- Responsible for building Cash Capability for India1 by onboarding and managing Banking Relations with All Key Banks in India

- Responsible for Building Cash Replenishment Agency (CRA) Capacity for India 1 Last mile Cash Loading requirement

- Leading the Review meetings of the Bank and CIT agencies.

- Maintaining healthy relations with external & internal customers by managing their requirements.

Profile Requirement :

- 7+ Years experience in Sales & Marketing in Banking, Telecom or Retail Industry,Managing large Scale Operations - Industry is not a constraint.

- MBA graduates from Tier 1 B School Preferred (2003- 2009 Batch)

- Strategic Thinker with Excellent Planning, Execution and Problem Solving Skills.

- Ability to manage large budgets and teams.

- Ability to Drive growth & manage complex operations.

- High Commercial and business acumen.

- Ability to get into the details and work at the ground level.
