India Sales Head - eCommerce

The India Sales Head holds the revenue responsibility of India and leading the sales teams across all cities where the organization has its operations. Responsibilities:

- To ensure and maintain the financial health of the country

- Maintaining City Reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and PnL of each cities sales team and reporting the same to the Country Manager

- Allocating city targets and devising incentives for the sales team

- Constant evaluation of team performance

- Identifying training needs of the team PAN India, and coordinating the same

- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting

- Mentoring and coaching for career growth within the organization, and identifying fast-track team members for overall growth

- Hiring and retaining sales employees for each area

- Acquiring and managing critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing

Requirements:

- 12+ years of relevant work experience

- Prior team management experience of 200 + team members is a must

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, allocation of targets and formulating incentive plans for the team.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

- Very high ethical standards

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

- An MBA is not mandatory
