India Lead - Sales HR - FMCG/Telecom - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (7-11 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To formulate and drive HR strategies aligned to business plans. Partner effectively with leadership team to deliver end-to-end Human Resource services & engagement for sales channel.
Sales Force Effectiveness : Increased Incentive Achievement, Controlled Attrition
Employee Engagement : Basic Facilitations, Monthly RnR, Open Houses With Senior Management
Performance Management : Bottom Performer Reviews, PIP, Training Activities
Payroll Processing : On-Roll, Off-Roll Employees
Recruitment : Lateral Hiring, Campus Hiring upto Team Leader level
Vendor Management : Agreement Closure, Payment Monitoring, Statutory Compliance Principal Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition :
- Own recruitment for all positions.
- Maintaining on time Hiring against requirements received.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for the region- Sourcing, evaluating, Salary negotiation and offer, pre joining formalities.
- Ensure hiring is done as per the agreed mix.
- Conduct competency based interviews.
- Assist in making manpower plan and org. structures
- Maintain MIS for hiring.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Working closely with finance team and reviewing various HR cost-lines and keeping expense under control.
- Execute talent retention strategies through analysis and insights on Total Rewards
- Facilitating and partnering with Sales verticals in designing and launching incentive schemes
- Analyzing incentive effectiveness and providing relevant feedback to stakeholders.
- Automation of Incentive Management
- Handled C&B Operations for sales team across regions including Transfer & Promotion, Payroll processing and Exit Process.
Employee Engagement :
- Manage and coordinate fun initiatives
- Conduct open houses/hr connect at hubs to understand the pulse of the employees.
- Help identify the training need of employees.
- Handle grievances & concerns in a sensitive manner with empathy & bring them to closure
- Responsible for counseling, and handling disciplinary issues in the region.
Desired Profile :
- MBA/ PGDM from Premier College.
- 7-10 Years Experience majorly worked with FMCG / Telecom industry.
