Position Grade : Manager

- Wealth Structuring Solutions is a business which is being done under IIFL Investment Adviser and Trustee Services Limited, a subsidiary of IIFL Private Wealth Management Limited. IIFL Private Wealth Management Limited is one of the largest Private wealth Management firm in terms of Assets under Management.

- IIFL Investment Adviser and Trustee Services Limited is involved in Estate Planning for HNIs and UHNI's which could entail creation of Wills/ Trust Structures for Clients, Settlement Deeds,

- Family Charters etc. IIFL Investment Adviser and Trustee Services Limited is also very active in Trusteeship services which include Trust investments, distributions, accounts, audit and taxation.

- The business presently consists of people who are responsible for Client Relations, Structuring Specialists, Legal and Compliance, Accounting and Operations Managers.

Job Description :

- Researching and preparing notes, proposals in order to assist in structuring estate plans for clients in addition to engaging with external legal and tax counsels in India and abroad

- Meeting clients to explain the proposition

- Documentation work including drafting wills, trust deeds, other ancillary agreements/letters

- Coordinating with Estate planners, Service, Operations and Accounts team

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Teamwork and Collaboration

- Relationship Management

- Students who have experience through internships in investment/financial services would have an added advantage

- Some amount of traveling may be required across the key locations in the Region
