Position Summary
Process Brief
The role entails building and developing a high performance team responsible for a variety of functions within India Operations.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing vertical leadership and managing implementation of improved processes and ensuring compliance.
The person will be required to forge strong relations with Senior Leadership both onshore and offshore, Operations & Support functions and all key stakeholders.
Qualification:
Any graduation
At least 14 years post qualification experience in leading highly skilled teams; demonstrated ability of handling successful processes in BPO Industry.
Specific Knowledge on Insurance Process Background would be an advantage
Previous experience in leading process migration and off-shoring projects in Insurance domain preferred; Insurance experience is desirable.
