One of the fastest growing USA based company, plans to start its consulting division shortly in Bangalore, India.  It is looking for an Business Manager for its Bangalore office.  This person will report in U.S.A  Looking for people having exposure in setting up Analytics Centre/Boutique Analytics firm.  Responsibilities:  - Set up, maintain and oversee the day to day operations of the Bangalore office  - Act as primary liaison for all Government (state and central) statutory requirements   - Responsible for overall infrastructure management, including IT and facilities (Lease agreement, etc.)  - Will be responsible for local financial transactions, including through banks   - Assist technical teams in hiring, and negotiate and finalize offers to new recruits  - Develop policies and procedures for the India office and ensure that they are adhered to.  - Manage the small team operationally, by mentoring/guiding  - Formulate, implement and track career development plans of each member in the team  - Provides resource, operational and financial planning for the India office  - One point India liaison with US team, on India operations  Required skills:  - Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in similar role of (preferably) establishing and managing operations in an MNC in India  - Excellent analytical skills, with ease in working with numbers  - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken  - Experience in working across transnational teams (preferred)  - Comfortable in modern communications  - A Post Graduate in any field
