If, and only if, you think that you would be able to keep up with the tremendous pace of our progress and above mentioned criteria, put in your application to work with us.  Role Description :   - Handling entire Recruitment cycle including sourcing of candidates, Initial Interviewing, Salary Negotiations, Conducting Reference Checks, conducting Psychometric assessments for Domestic and International vacancies.   - Incumbent should have ability to source and develop candidates through and traditional and creative means, such as networking, LinkedIn, Job Portal searches, Head Hunting and through Employee References.  - Incumbent should be able to understand and ensure maximum job fitment between employees and the job role and source the right type of employee.  - He / she should ensure smooth functioning of the entire Recruitment process within TAT including career discussions, negotiating salaries, issuance of offer / appointment letters & completion of joining formalities.  - He / She would be responsible for Building tools & systems to streamline and increase efficiency in hiring.   - Must have ability to work under ambiguity and involve innovative and simple ways to proactively meet business requirement.   - Should have ability to work under pressure and establish good relationships with the Candidates.   - Should be able to work on multiple positions at any given date and be able to prioritize work.  Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required :   - Candidate should have relevant work experience of at least 2-6 years in BFSI Consultancies / NBFC / Banks handling recruitments for BFSI / Forex / Treasury Solutions / Wholesale Banking roles in Mumbai. He should be rated well across his earlier performance appraisals and should be a - top performer  - Candidates working in Top BFSI Consultancies at Junior to Middle Management levels could also apply. Candidates working closely into Forex & Treasury domains and handling recruiting responsibilities would be preferred.  - Candidate should have relevant exposure in all latest Recruitment Strategies pertaining in FX / Treasury sectors and should be confident and proactive in meeting with Middle to Senior level Candidates.  - Candidate should have good command over Spoken and Written English language & must possess excellent MS Office operating knowledge.  - Candidate should be extremely energetic, Go Getter, Highly Motivated and must display a never say die attitude.
