Our client is now looking for a CFO to help them built a robust finance strategy to support the growth vision of the organization.
Job Description: As the CFO you will be responsible to Develop the company's future direction and support strategic initiatives including any M&A
- Develop financial and tax strategies to ensure efficient corporate tax structures are in place globally
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Manage the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions
- Manage any third parties and vendor relationship
- Manage all accounting and finance related activities within the organization and ensuring there is discipline in budgeting and expenditure
- Supervise the preparation of financial information
- Review and approve all financial results and report it to the board of directors
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of work experience. You have experience working in a start-up environment and have dealt with investor relations before.
- You are young and dynamic with strong leadership and people management skills. You have the ability to work in an unstructured environment of a high potential start up.
